Came with about 90% charge, so I topped it up to full straight away. Tested it and it’s whisper quiet, even on the higher settings. Feels cool from the very first level, and the freezer button gives an extra blast of cold. Love the added flashlight and neck cord – solid build, not cheap plastic. Definitely recommend!
